I am not privy to plastic surgery, but there are cases where the lids are drooping so much (not an effect of ageing, something from birth I mean) and the outcome of bleph surgery was for us, their family, to discover she has green eyes... her iris was utterly hidden... But I have seen bottom bleph surgery and it can be problematic. As in he could not really close his eyes...
I mean, she did not do it for the lads... I had dumbo ears and a huge complex coz of them and surgery was succesful, as in my own family did not find out about it. My ears were of interest only to me and my complex...
